01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Data Science Toolkits website and your purchase and use of the Data Science Toolkits digital product ("Product"). By visiting the website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase the Product.

02About the Product

Data Science Toolkits is a digital learning resource library containing resources related to Data Science, Python, AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Big Data, Cloud Computing, ebooks, projects, cheat sheets, tools and more.

• It is a digital product — nothing is physically shipped.
• Folder names and previews shown on the website are examples to illustrate how the library is organised, not a guaranteed list of every item.
• We may add, update, reorganise or remove resources over time to keep the library useful.

03Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website and Product with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, and be able to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

04Pricing & Payment

• The Product is sold for a one-time payment of ₹199 (unless a different price is shown at checkout). There is no recurring subscription.
• Payments are processed through Superprofile and its payment partners. Their terms also apply to your transaction.
• We may change the price at any time, but changes will not affect orders already completed.
• Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final and refunds are not allowed. See our Refund Policy.

05Delivery & Access

After successful payment, you will receive instructions or details for accessing the resources, usually straight away. If you do not receive them, check your spam folder and then email techdigihelp@gmail.com with your payment details.

You are responsible for having a compatible device, internet connection and any free software needed to open common file types (such as PDF, video or ZIP files).

06License & Permitted Use

When you buy the Product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use it for your own learning.

You may not:

• Resell, share, rent, sublicense or redistribute the Product or your access link.
• Upload the Product or its contents to public websites, file-sharing services, groups or channels.
• Claim the Product or its contents as your own work, or use it to create a competing product.

If we find misuse, we may revoke access.

07Intellectual Property & Third-Party Content

The Data Science Toolkits name, website design and our original content belong to us. Some resources in the library may be created by third parties and remain the property of their respective owners. We do not claim ownership of third-party content, and Data Science Toolkits is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any university, institution or company mentioned in the resources.

08No Guarantee of Results

The Product is provided for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, such as a job, promotion, exam result, income or skill level. The Product does not include certificates, degrees or accreditation of any kind. Your results depend on your own effort and circumstances.

09Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and Product are provided "as is" and "as available". While we try to keep resources useful and working, we do not guarantee that every resource is complete, accurate, up to date or error-free, or that the website will always be available without interruption.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Data Science Toolkits will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or Product. Our total liability for any claim related to the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
